You will need

  • MILKMAID 1 Large Tin
  • Sugar 250g
  • Water ½ Tin
  • Butter 20g
  • Melted Chocolate 150g
  • Vanilla 2 tsp
  • Cashews 75g

Let’s make it

Step 1
In a saucepan mix MILKMAID, sugar and water and cook on low fire stirring constantly until the mixture leaves the pan.
Step 2
Add vanilla, butter and cashews and mix well. Finally, add melted chocolate and swirl it around the mixture a few times to create a marble effect.
Step 3
Grease the tray with butter and swirl melted chocolate.
Step 4
Spread evenly onto the greased tray and swirl the remaining melted chocolate on the mixture.
Step 5
Cut into desired shapes before it hardens and serve.
