Let’s make it
To make the base add all dry ingredients (flour 120g, grated coconut 75g and sugar 100g) and then add melted butter into it and mix well
Flatten it into a greased baking tray and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 °C
For the filling, mix MILKMAID, lime, passionfruit and pour onto the coconut base and layer it
Again bake it for another 15 minutes at 150 °C and chill it before serving.
