In a large bowl add sugar and yeast to the warm milk and allow it to activate.
Add the flour, butter, and salt into a bowl and mix well.
Add the MILKMAID into the flour mixture. Next, add the activated yeast mixture little by little while kneading. The dough should be a sticky and humid.
Put the dough into a greased bowl and leave it in a warm place to prove for about 1 hour.
After proofing, cut the dough to equal size portions and make balls then allow it to prove again for about 45 minutes.
Brush the top with some milk then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-30 min.
For the glaze, combine the MILKMAID and icing sugar with 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
When the buns are ready and cooled, decorate with the MILKMAID glaze and serve.
