Step 1
Combine Milk powder, Water, Milkmaid and Sugar in a saucepan and bring to a soft boil over medium heat while constantly stirring.
Step 2
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Step 3
Add fresh mango and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Transfer mixture to kulfi moulds and place in freezer for 3-4 hours to set completely.
Step 5
Remove from mould and serve immediately.
