Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Sieve flour, icing sugar, baking powder into a bowl and mix until well combined.
Add vanilla, MILKMAID and ghee into the flour mixture and mix well until a dough is formed.
Separate the dough into balls and place them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C for 7 minutes.
