Crush Cashew nuts into fine powder. Mix all ingredients together and grind into a smooth paste.
Transfer to a thick-bottomed pan and cook on low fire till the mixture stats leaving the sides and forms a ball.
Roll out the mixture thinly (1/8”) in a tray. Cool and cut into square shapes.
