Let’s make it
Step 1
Add water to a pan and add the rice and pre-soaked green gram with cardamom and salt.
Step 2
Cook on medium heat until all the water has evaporated and the rice and green gram is cooked.
Step 3
Next, add MILKMAID ,jaggery and ghee mix it well and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes
Step 4
Finally, add the cashew and raisins and serve warm
