Step 1
For the Sponge, Beat the eggs, add sugar little by little and beat it until fluffy. Afterwards, fold it with flour and MILKMAID
Step 2
Bake it in a well-greased baking sheet at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes.
Step 3
For the Icing: Beat the butter and MILKMAID together.
Step 4
Add the icing sugar and cocoa powder and beat until soft.
Step 5
Mix the brandy and vanilla into the same.
Step 6
Assemble the yule log with the icing and sponge & decorate as desired.
