Sago is high in carbohydrate which is considered as the body fue.
Soak sago in a water for about an hour. After boil sago in water until the mixture becomes transparent. Add salt.
After 8-10 minutes, add coconut milk to the above mixture and stir well.
Add MILKMAID and stir well and add jaggary and cardamom to the mixture and cook until the mixture becomes a little thick.
Take off from the fire and add cashew nuts and sultana.
