Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that are essential for boosting your immune system and fighting disease – but remember to be mindful of the portion you are eating!
In a medium bowl, beat butter, sugar and MILKMAID until Iight and creamy. Add flour, dark chocolate pieces and white chocolate pieces. Mix well.
Roll heaped teaspoonful of mixture into balls, place on buttered & lined trays and press gently with a fork
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and cool.
