You will need

  • MILKMAID 4 tsp
  • water (500ml of milk) 450ml
  • Rice (powdered white rice) ¼ cup
  • Water 178ml
  • Rose essence ½ tsp
  • Pistachio nuts/ cashew/ cashew nut/ hazel nut 100g

Let’s make it

Step 1
Soak the rice in water and keep for a while.
Step 2
Boil milk. Once it reaches boiling point, add rice mix & stir well. Continue it for a while & it will become thicker. Once the mixture is semi thickened add nuts & rose essence & mix well. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Chill it. Once it’s chilled you can garnish with pistachios/ cherries.
