Soak the rice in water and keep for a while.
Boil milk. Once it reaches boiling point, add rice mix & stir well. Continue it for a while & it will become thicker. Once the mixture is semi thickened add nuts & rose essence & mix well. Allow to cool.
Chill it. Once it’s chilled you can garnish with pistachios/ cherries.
Rice has higher fiber content. Fiber is an important ingredient which helps in digestion.
