Grease the baking dish with butter. Beat the egg yolks till creamy. Add MILKMAID, corn flour and lemon juice one by one, beating well after each addition.
Beat the egg-whites till stiff. Fold the stiffly beaten egg-whites into the MILKMAID mixture.
Press the biscuit crumbs to the bottom of the baking tray and pour the mixture on top. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
