You will need

  • MILKMAID 300g
  • Whipping Cream 300g
  • Gelatin, mixed in 1/4 cup hot water 20g
  • Vanilla 1 tsp.
  • Jelly 3 types

Let’s make it

Step 1
Put MILKMAID, Whipping cream and gelatin to a blender and mix well.
Step 2
Add dices of jelly cubes into the mold and then add the mixture to it.
Step 3
Refrigerate until set.

To ensure that the Jelly sets well, It is reccomended to follow the exact instructions mentioned in the Jelly packet when preparing the jelly. Once the Jelly powder is completely dissolved into the boiled water, leave it to cool at room tempreture and then place it in the fridge for 3 hours or until completely set

The Jelly must be completely set before cutting it and mixing it with Milkmaid and gelatin Mixture

The Jelly pudding must be placed in the Fridge for 3 hours or until it is set. The chilling time may depend on the fridge settings as well
