Cream butter and MILKMAID until creamy. Dissolve NESCAFÉ in water, beat into butter mixture with egg yolks and cooking Chocolate; fold in almonds/ cashews and flour.
Beat egg whites until firm peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into prepared tray and bake in 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until cooked.
If desired, dust with icing sugar.
