In a bowl beat the curd, MILKMAID and mango pulp together until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat the cream & fold into the above mixture. Whisk well. Refrigerate to chill.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder over the orange slices. Keep in the fridge until its ready to serve.
Before serving, remove a few pieces of orange for decoration. Keeping the slices, strain the excess liquid emitted from the oranges and add to the mango sauce.
Divide the slices into 12 individual cups, pour the sauce over them and serve, decorated with the reserved orange slices.
Mangos and Oranges are great sources of Vitamin C and Vitamin A.
