To make the flan case: Mix the plain biscuits with margarine and press onto a baking tin and bake for 5 minutes.
In a bowl whisk Milkmaid, lemon juice and passion fruit pulp for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Fold in the gelatin and finally the whipped cream.
Pour into the prepared flan case and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Drizzle the finished tart with extra passion fruit pulp if desired.
