Step 1
Combine biscuit crumbs and butter in a bowl, mix well. Press the mixture evenly over base and sides of a baking pan, refrigerate.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine eggs, apple, MILKMAID, lemon zest, juice and coconut; Mix well.
Step 3
Spoon into the prepared flan base, bake for 15 minutes, sprinkle with shredded coconut and bake for a further 10 minutes.
