Step 1
Mix MILKMAID and cooking cream.
Step 2
Add Milk mixture slowly to the egg yolks and mix.
Step 3
Keep aside to chill for a few minutes and add vanilla essence and rose syrup and food coloring. Store in freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from freezer and whisk well. Place it back in to the freezer. Repeat this process 3-5 times and allow to set.
Step 5
Scoop the ice cream and garnish with strawberry jelly cubes and kasakasa seeds.
