Heat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's directions.
Beat the eggs with a whisk in a large bowl for about 2 minutes or until fluffy. Blend in the flour, MILKMAID, water, vegetable oil, baking powder, salt and vanilla, mixing until the batter is smooth.
Coat the waffle iron with the non-stick cooking spray. Pour 2/3rd cup of the batter onto the center of the hot waffle iron and close the lid. Bake for about 5 minutes or until the steaming stops. Use a fork to remove the waffle. Repeat with the remaining batter.
