Let’s make it
Mix crushed biscuit with butter and press in to the base of the tray.
Dissolve gelatin with a little hot water.
Beat cream cheese and MILKMAID. Fold the lightly beaten whipped cream. Add Nescafe paste in to the mixture. Finally add gelatin and mix.
Put the mixture onto the biscuit base in the tray and freeze until set.
Cream cheese is a rich source of fats and cholesterol – be mindful about the portion size!
