Let’s make it
In a bowl add butter and beat until light in colour and fluffy.
Next, add the MILKMAID and sugar and beat well.
Into a bowl of flour add baking powder, baking soda and corn flour, mix well and add to the MILKMAID mixture and beat well.
Next, add the water occasionally while beating and the vanilla essence.
Put the cupcake batter in cases and bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 mins.
Once the cupcakes have cooled, cut the center out and set aside. Next, fill the center of the cupcake with sprinkles and put the top of the cupcake back.
Finish the cupcake with a swirl of whipped cream and garnish with more sprinkles and serve.
