Roast the rice flour under medium heat. It is better to use homemade rice flour.
In a saucepan mix MILKMAID, sugar, salt, water and cardamom; cook on low fire, stirring constantly until it boils.
Remove from the fire and stir continuously for about a minute.
Add roasted rice flour little by little until you get the right consistency. Do not add all the rice flour at once. Add cashew nuts.
Spread evenly onto a rice flour dusted board and cut.
Do not separate from the tray until it sets well. Once separated from the tray, let it dry for few hours.
